Welcome to Global High School Apps. This Privacy Policy governs both the Global High School Student App (com.globalhighschool.app) and the Global High School Teacher App (com.globalhighschool.teacherapp).

These apps are designed to provide parents, students, and teachers with a secure and convenient way to stay updated on academic progress, attendance, notices, class management, and other important school updates.

By using either application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the apps effectively:

• Basic User Information: Name, email address, phone number, and role-specific details — such as student ID, class, and section (Student App), or staff ID, subject, and assigned class (Teacher App).
• Device Information: Non-personal technical data including device type, operating system version, and IP address, collected to enhance performance and security.
• Usage Data: Interaction data such as pages visited and features used, collected to improve user experience and resolve technical issues.

Each app requests only the permissions required for its specific functionality. Below is a breakdown per application:

The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate and personalize your access to the app based on your role (parent, student, or teacher).
• Student App: To display academic progress, attendance records, homework, schedules, fee details, and school notices to parents and students.
• Teacher App: To enable teachers to manage attendance, post homework, update marks, communicate with parents, and access class schedules and notices.
• To send push notifications about important school updates relevant to your role.
• To improve app functionality and user experience based on usage patterns.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
• Security Measures: We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols across both applications to protect your data from unauthorized access or breaches.
• Data Retention: Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Upon account deletion or leaving the institution, data will be removed in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Student App is intended for use by parents, guardians, and students who are 13 years of age or older. The Teacher App is intended solely for school staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Any updates will be posted within both apps, and your continued use of either application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Both the Global High School Student App (also referred to as the Global High School Parent Portal) and the Global High School Teacher App are officially owned by Global High School and are technically developed and maintained by Imran Developer (imran0developer@gmail.com).

The development, updates, and technical operations of both applications are carried out strictly under the supervision of Global High School's administrative team.

In addition to these mobile apps, Imran also develops and manages other internal digital tools, automation systems, and technology solutions used by the school for efficient operations — all maintained under official supervision and authorization from the school.
